Louisiana Fly Fishing Rates
Rates are for 1/2 anglers per boat per day.
Full days typically begin around 6-7am and last into the late afternoon hours.
Half days are encouraged during the summer months (June-August) as rising daytime temperatures slow down both fish and anglers. Half days begin between 5-7am and last until 12-1pm.

Louisiana Fishing Lodging
There are hundreds of lodging options available to our customers. From on the water lodges, downtown hotels, to camp style rentals Olde Towne can point you in the right direction in any situation. We offer several all inclusive options depending on your wants/needs.
Please keep in mind that no matter where you choose to stay you will be responsible for meeting your guides at one of several designated meeting areas. While there are car services and Uber available within both New Orleans and Slidell, rental cars and personal vehicles will always give anglers better access to the area.

Guides will provide all necessary gear if needed including leaders and flies.
Fuel costs are included in the trip rate
Guides will provide water and ice. Please feel free to bring other drinks, snacks, and whatever else you may want/need.
Olde Towne staff with coordinate with both you and your guide about meeting times, launch points, and any special requests.

What to bring:
Dark brimmed hat
8-11wt rods with WFF line and reels with 200+yards of backing.
Rain gear and other seasonally appropriate clothing. It tends to be both colder and warmer than you think it will be.

Deposits and Cancellations
In order to secure some of the best and most experienced guides in our region, advanced bookings require a 50% deposit at the time of booking.
Weather and/or extenuating circumstance related cancellations will result in fully refund deposits and/or rescheduled dates. Your guide and/or Olde Towne Fly Shop will reserve the right to make weather related cancellation decisions. Other cancellations are handled as follows:
Cancellations outside of a calendar month of the trip will result in refunds.
Cancellations inside of the calendar month will result in a loss of deposit.
Trip balances can be paid via cash, check, credit card, or PayPal at the close of your trip.
We accept all major credit cards. Please keep in the mind there is a 3.5% surcharge for all credit card guided trip transactions.
Louisiana Fishing License
You will need to purchase a 3 day non-resident Louisiana fishing license for all Louisiana trips.
